The re-release will reportedly see 300,000 of the refurbished devices, rebranded as the Galaxy Note 7 R, hit the market via three unnamed mobile carriers. Zombie Galaxy Note 7s reportedly have a release date

The Galaxy Note 7 will never die. 

Samsung has been planning to release the volatile Note 7 again as a refurbished device since March, but now we know more about the zombie phone’s relaunch.
