As announced by the filmmaker today, his sequel to Unbreakable will also be a sequel to Split – the thriller by Shyamalan that opened earlier this year.

M. Night Shyamalan is finally making that ‘Unbreakable’ sequel you keep asking him about

Nearly two decades after it first hit theaters, Unbreakable is finally getting a sequel.

But in typical M. Night Shyamalan fashion, there’s a twist.

As announced by the filmmaker today, his sequel to Unbreakable will also be a sequel to Split – the thriller by Shyamalan that opened earlier this year.
