BAD JOB ALERT: Uber wants to hire a head of brand strategy to ‘clarify the narrative’ of Uber

Looks like Uber needs some help. 

Business Insider‘s Biz Carson uncovered Monday a new job opening at Uber, the ride-hailing company currently under intense public scrutiny in the wake of a series of ongoing public relations and human resources scandals. So what’s the latest hire? If you guessed “Chief Public Perception Janitor,” well, close enough: The company’s now looking for a head of brand strategy, which, presumably involves doing anything and everything differently than what they’re doing right now.  

“This person will spearhead company-wide efforts to study, shape, and measure Uber’s brand and reputation.
